The Fincibec Group chooses Sacmi yet again

A double firing line for Naxos and a high performance line with vertical drier for the Sassuolo plant

Fincibec, the Sassuolo-based ceramic group headed by Angelo Borelli, has once again decided to boost output capacity by teaming up with Sacmi. A double firing line consisting of a PH1500 press and an EVA912 drier (also suitable for monoporosa production) are currently being installed at the Naxos plant in Solignano, in the province of Modena. At the Fincibec plant in Sassuolo, instead, workers are installing a high performance line for 50x50 cm tiles: this consists of a PH3800 press (2450 mm clearance) and a new EVA 984 drier – a new generation of drier specially designed for such press clearance – and 3-cavity moulds for 50x50 cm tiles supplied by Sacmi M&D which will, because each punch is individually structured, give excellent aesthetic flexibility.
