The Norddeutsche Group counts on Sacmi for growth

Partnership between the two groups now even stronger

This prestigious Brema-based company, which has a dominant position on the German market, aims to increase its floor tile output, focussing on product quality and innovative aesthetics.
The new production line, which includes two PH3590 presses, 2 latest-generation ECP285 horizontal driers, 2 Master/Excel sorting and palletising lines and the top-of-the-range 120-metre long FMP265 kiln, will be installed and started up in stages as from May 2006.
The new line will be suitable for the production of white-body or coloured-body glazed porcelain tiles, large formats included. The annual output capacity of around 2 million square metres per year will be added to the existing 4.5 million, thus raising total Bremerhaven plant output to 6.5 million.
