Turkey: Yurtbay Seramik continues to count on Sacmi

A fourth glazed porcelain production line ordered from the Sacmi Group

Yurtbay Seramik, just outside the ceramic production district of Eskisehir in Turkey, has decided to set up a fourth glazed porcelain tile and flooring line and has, once again, chosen Sacmi. This line - fully designed and built by the Sacmi Group - completes one of the most modern, cutting-edge factories in Turkey. The investment includes two PH3590 presses and relative EVA793 vertical driers, three glazing lines, an FMS2500/117.6 kiln and relative magnet-guided handling. Thanks to this latest investment, output capacity of the porcelain tiles plant at Yurtbay has been boosted to 36,000 square metres per day: together with its other production plants (also supplied entirely by Sacmi), the company’s total output capacity has been raised to 17 million square metres a year.
