Carle & Montanari SpA is the “Chocolate Factory”, the only manufacturer that leads customers through the entire production process, providing them with real turn-key integrated solutions, from chocolate ingredients to final packaging of products.
After the successful Open House 2009, which took place in Rozzano MI last 11th December, Carle&Montanari will now be pleased to meet its customers at ProSweet 2010 in Koln from 31st January to 3rd February 2010).
Visitors will be welcomed at Carle & Montanari booth, Hall 10.1 - Stand F050/G059, to take a closer look to its latest innovations, that are:
- A new FIFO (first in, first out) buffer for moulding lines, to help the customer in case of micro-stops of their packaging lines. The new buffering system can stock complete counter-moulds filled with product, which , in addition to tablets and bars, allows to buffer book-moulded products (eggs, shapes, bolls) and pralines.
- An MLR5A rotary depositor, equipped with rotors and valves servo-driven by brushless motors to ensure the highest dosing accuracy. The depositor offers different dosing possibilities: “point” and “ribbon” dosing of plain chocolate with/without inclusions; “point” and “ribbon” ONE-SHOT simultaneous dosing of chocolate and cream filling.
- The machine is complete with the adjustment of the dosing height according to type of dosing selected.
o A VPACK2 automatic multi-style wrapper for flat-base products. The different wrapping styles (double twist, single twist on top, bunch, portfolio, envelope, …) can be mounted on the same machine, with a quick changeover (30 min) and wrapping speeds up to 550 ppm.
