END of LINES for Flexible packaging: sales breaking news of Sacmi Packaging

Satisfied for the previous packaging lines supplied by SACMI PACKAGING for edible oil Bag In Box and various palletizing lines, one’s of the biggest private worldwide food provider had choose again SACMI PACKAGING for two twin Pouches end lines installed in South America in order to pack stand-up pouches of their vegetable sauce with a rough speed of 29.000 pouches/hour.

This supply is designed to manage and pack automatically stand up pouches of different volumes, from 190 to 340 gr. filled by different sauces coming from n°4 HFFS pouches filling lines.

The lines are configured to manage RSC American carton cases in different sizes containing 36 stand up pouched for 190 gr and 24 stand up pouches for 340 gr format.

The two-twin end of lines are mainly composed by:

• Conveyors
• Tilting, twisting, turning devices
• Mass flow Dryer
• Positioning video system control
• Pick & Place packer unit each equipped with 4 multiaxial “spider” robot
• RSC American carton former, model Multibox , with hot melt glue unit for bottom sealing.
• Check weigher
• Dinamic reject device
• RCS American carton closer , model Sigilbox , with PVC adhesive tape sealer
