The K 2010 exhibition, an international trade show dedicated to technologies for processing plastic and rubber materials, will take place from October 27 to November 3. SACMI will display the Group’s latest creations in an area of 800 m2 at Hall 15, stand B06.
The spotlight will be pointed at the new SBF technology, which will be previewed for the beverage sector. SBF, meaning Stretch Blow Forming, is a machine that blows molds PET bottles with fascinating technical innovations.
Twelve models with a number of blowing stations ranging 6 to 30, and several new items, will be presented, starting with a dual cavity mold capable of producing two half-liter bottles or one 1.5-2 liter bottle, with a quick format change-over system.
As part of a wider strategy, that aims to offer to the market a unique supplier satisfying any production need, the SBF machine is on show together with the CCM80S, which completes the CCM (Continuous Compression Molding) model range, providing both the highest production performances and energy reduced consumptions, according to the market tendencies.
The synergies among the several suggested solutions is one of the main strong points of Sacmi’s proposal. As a matter of fact, Sacmi presents at Düsseldorf the CBF12 (Compression Blow Forming), a state-of-the-art machine that performs the plastic transformation process based on continuous resin extrusion, combined with the compression and blowing process. On show will be also an ORCS 160 machine for orientating caps and the CHS system that inspects caps that is the ideal solution for complete caps inspection (in-line and off-line).
Flexibility, productivity and consumption optimization are the common denominator of the Negri Bossi’s proposal. This Sacmi Group company, worldwide leader in the plastic injection presses production and design, will exhibit its wide range of products, starting from the newly born “full electric” injection press. Then the top Bi-power range machine, presented at the exhibition matched with the Gaiotto robot for the pieces handling.
Another important news is the VSE hydraulic injection press, that thanks to the digital control can grant a very high moulding accuracy and an excellent production repeating, guaranting energy savings between 15% and 45%. Moreover in Düsseldorf it will be displayed the Vector and Janus series machines, this last one being the crowning achievement of the company, able to match the whole plant solutions developed by Negri Bossi in these years.
