Sacmi Beverage closures at PETnology Forum 2004

The Munich-based conference gathers the world PET packaging industry

Sacmi’s innovative closures technologies for beverage containers are one of the main themes of PETnology 2004. The conference, which will be held from 3rd to 4th May at Forum Hotel in Munich, gathers every year in the Bavarian city the world-wide PET packaging experts. To represent the Group, there will be Alessandro Sereni, marketing coordinator of the Sacmi Beverage and Packaging division. On Monday May 3rd, at 14:00, Sereni will make a speech about “Lower costs for beverage closures”, explaining why some of Sacmi technologies like the compression one, are able to optimise the production costs granting a high level of productivity. The beverage market, and especially the water one, is booming and registers high rates of growth all over the world. Sacmi is the leading world supplier of compression machines for the production of plastic closures, and it is the only Group able to dominate in the three plastics processing technologies: injection moulding, compression moulding and form-fill-seal.
