Description
SACMI FILLING has already installed more than 40 machines worldwide for these applications, from Europe to Japan, from Korea to China. The reliability and quality of SACMI FILLING Hot Filling systems are demonstrated by the outstanding market response: SACMI FILLING now has has 20 machines installed in China with output rates from 24,000 bph to 36,000 bph (500 ml bottles). Applications include tea, juices and energy drinks.
The system developed by SACMI FILLING has a unique filling valve design which ensures excellent hygiene during production and makes cleaning easier during CIP, thus making it a benchmark system for this kind of application.
The filling deflection system stops foam forming, therefore allowing higher filling speeds and ensuring less product loss.
Moreover, the product recycle system prevents product deterioration in the event of line stops. |
