Plant engineering

The Sacmi Group specialises in providing customers worldwide with complete engineering solutions for tile, sanitaryware, tableware and heavy clay production plants.
The Sacmi design team works in close collaboration with the customer to identify optimal plant engineering solutions, both in the case of "turnkey" plants and the expansion and modernisation of existing plants.
Engineering concerns all the main aspects of the plant: layouts and side views of the various production departments, machine foundation drawings, service rack drawings and drawings concerning connections to the electrical system, water supply, compressed air and fuel lines.

Technical Assistance, Training and Spare Parts

The Sacmi Group provides spare parts, efficient assistance and services worldwide thanks to the Global Network: a web of over 20 companies that, wherever in the world they may be, gives customers fast, effective and direct service. This service is provided thanks to the skills of over 200 specialised technicians, half of whom are based within Group companies, thus ensuring customers can count on expert assistance in a matter of just a few hours.
There is also a 24-hour helpdesk - contactable on +390542607261 or via e-mail at helpcer@sacmi.it - ready to provide fast solutions to any problem. Another key factor in the success of the Sacmi Group’s customers has been the focussed, ongoing training of production process personnel. Courses run by Sacmi can be held either on the premises of the Group’s companies or on the customer’s own premises. At present an e-learning project is also being developed; this will allow personalised distance training at any time directly in the customer’s own offices.
