Suitable for in-line use on an injection moulding machine, an assembler or any other process machine, the CHS machine in its different versions allows precise inspection of plastic caps and its components. Configurable with up to 7 cameras and with speeds up to 270,000 caps per hour, it can inspect functional and visible parts of the cap, perform indicative measurement of diameters and heights, inspect the decoration and the side wall, including the breakage of the tamper-evident band.
