  • The absence of lubricants in the SACMI blow moulder furnace, both regular and for large formats, allows for high levels of machine hygiene and cleanliness to be achieved. At the same time, it reduces maintenance times and costs.
  • The aluminium reflectors used inside the oven make it possible to maintain a controlled level of heat and reduce energy consumption. In addition, aluminium reflectors have a longer lifespan than traditional materials, reducing replacement costs.
  • The quality of the bottle, blow moulded by our SmartBlo, is guaranteed by the preform neck temperature control system. This allows you to safely use the most modern and innovative lightweight preforms.
  • The possibility of equipping the SACMI SmartBlo with double cavity moulds makes it possible to install more compact and ergonomic machines, doubling productivity and reducing consumption and costs per unit of product.
  • In the combo configuration, through a single panel, the HMI system lets you manage both the blow moulder and the filler, including all the parameters for inserting preforms/extracting bottles, without any need for mechanical set-up.
  • Further reduction of energy consumption and maintenance costs thanks to the kinetic energy recovery system (KERS). In case of main engine blackout, the system also "gives" energy to other electric axes (furnace and extension/carousel), limiting machine downtime.

  • The range of latest generation filling valves installed on SACMI fillers makes these machines suitable for handling any type of liquid: still water, CSD, beer, still drinks (in hot fill and not) and oils and sauces.
  • The high filling speed of our valves makes it possible to design small fillers, thus making them easier to install on existing systems.
  • The simple design and construction of the valves installed on SACMI fillers drastically reduces maintenance, assembly/disassembly and valve replacement times.

  • Sacmi still water filling machines are equipped with a single flow meter with calibration cells for all filling valves. This system, patented by Sacmi, reduces maintenance costs and times. If the flow meter stops working, the filler continues to work in time. 
  • The AWS and AWF valves, installed on fillers for still products, allow non-contact filling. This system guarantees high levels of hygiene when filling the product and reduces maintenance costs.
