Over 90,000 industry specialists are expected to visit this year's Fruit Attraction, the international fruit & veg packaging and processing technology fair to be held in Madrid from 3rd to 5th October.

New TF 22 TS “Top Seal”

The recently launched TF22 TS is based on the tried-and-tested SACMI Packaging & Chocolate technology that’s been used to develop forming machines for several fields of application.
The machine features a dual-head design, allowing it to process two different formats simultaneously. Able to handle both corrugated and compact cardboard without any modification or adjustment, its extremely fast, precise changeovers make it perfect where formats are changed frequently, even daily.
Electromechanical glue guns position adhesive strips with unbeatable precision. The TF22 TS can, in fact, manage an outer edge of just 10 mm, thus minimizing edge size in relation to maximum blank size. The machine lets users process blanks with perimeters as extensive as 700x500 mm, making it possible to form large trays with various geometries.
The TF22 TS thus offers the perfect response to the industry’s demand for protective, tamper-proof packaging that’s suitable for a range of produce and made of different materials (various types of laminates, compact cardboard, etc.). Moreover, the TF22TS can incorporate a stacker directly into frame: this limits maximum floor space requirements to just 6 m2 (stacker included) and delivers an overall productivity of 100 trays per minute. The machine can also be installed without a stacker to feed filling lines directly.
