Incepa (Roca Brasil Cerâmica), owner of the Incepa and Roca Cerâmica (Gruppo Lamosa) brands, invests in a second SACMI Continua+

Complete second line installed. Key machines to include a PCR2000 Smart and high-efficiency kilns and dryers. SACMI Deep Digital Line again set to play a pivotal role by creating more distinctive products to join Incepa’s bestsellers in Brazil and around the world

Following eight straight years of success for the first SACMI Continua+ line, installed in 2015, Incepa (Roca Brasil Ceramica) has now gone for a new PCR2000 Smart.
This decision sees them invest in the SACMI Deep Digital decoration plant, which has won widespread market acclaim. Alongside the new Continua+, this latest order includes all the SACMI mainstays: from body preparation, with the SACMI MMC92 modular mill and ATM110 spray dryer, to cutting-edge drying and firing solutions that include a 7-level E7P 285 dryer and 229-meter FMA Maestro, a modulated air-gas kiln that delivers unmatched efficiency, quality and low consumption.
To complete production, Incepa has again placed its trust in SACMI Deep Digital machines and their exclusive combination of digitally coordinated dry and wet decoration technologies, renowned for their unparalleled texturing and depth.
The main size will be the 160x160 cm, much appreciated for its versatility. However, the plant can also produce slabs as large as 160x320 cm. All this stems from the unique versatility of Continua+: able to produce slabs of different sizes and thicknesses, it also ensures low consumption and compactness while overcoming the rigidity associated with traditional pressing processes.
Depending on product size and finish, the new Continua+ will boost Incepa's production capacity by up to 250,000 m2/month. The goal? To introduce new sizes and increase market shares in the slab segment where the company is already a major player in Brazil with its Incepa and Roca Ceramica brands.

The plant was transported by Sacmi Group company Italiansped, a reliable, experienced partner that is capable of successfully organizing even the most complex shipments to any destination.
