Buying from Sacmi means purchasing both quality and production efficiency. A clear example of this is provided by the new Sacmi-developed vertical driers, designed for customers who produce large sizes yet do not want to make the production line too long by inserting a horizontal drier.
It is a model of this type – an EVA 414 – that will soon be installed in Spain: 14 m high, this drier represents an effective response to the need to produce medium-large tiles without any negative effects on the length of the production line. Ideal for managing such large sizes, the EVA 414 also ensures optimum performance with regard to particularly sensitive materials, which can be kept in the machine for a long time without any ill effects.
As with all the latest-generation Sacmi vertical driers, the EVA 414 features tile temperature stabilisation devices and can readily be adapted to include both pre-ventilation devices and chimney fan control via inverter. Lastly, perfect alignment of the load baskets is ensured by a position transducer and relative automatic correction system.
