Technoplast Packaging Private Limited, India goes for a complete, original SACMI CCM+IPS for CSD beverage packaging solution in 26/22 30.41 neck standard

Indian customer focuses on the new made-by-SACMI 26 mm neck standards to achieve high productivity, great performance and environmental sustainability. Alongside the new press - supplied with a set of original moulds - the customer also took delivery of an IPS preform production solution. The result? A leading role in India thanks to their ability to provide A-to-Z solutions of the highest quality, with all the guarantees that SACMI offers as sole supplier and full assistance provider.

Technoplast too wants nothing less than a SACMI original. Hence its order for a complete solution that includes both the CCM (continuous compression molding) cap press and SACMI IPS (injection preform system) preform-making technology. The outcome? Rigid packaging lines characterized by efficiency, environmental sustainability, and profitability.
Our Indian customer has chosen this solution to make caps of the new 26 mm standards for 30.41 necks: lightweight, high-quality closures guaranteed by the outstanding performance of our presses and molds.
Technoplast has specifically selected the CCM48SD, which comes complete with the original SACMI mold kits needed to produce the new SACMI AB26CSD12 caps, which weigh just 1.75 g.
This cap is suitable for a complete range of CSD bottles holding up to 3 liters, but in this case Technoplast is going for a smaller, single-use packaging solution.
The achieved output rate is 1,370 caps per minute, with a cycle time of 2.1 seconds.

This will make Technoplast one of just a handful of companies on the Indian subcontinent capable of producing the new 26 mm closures (AB26CSD12) for 30.41 necks from A to Z: with all the advantages that stem from being able to count on a sole supplier and optimized checks/assistance at every stage.
